Requests and the queue
Taking requests and deciding what plays next.
Request queue management
Full-featured queue system with real-time updates via WebSockets. Play the next or a random song, hold, skip or remove requests, and track request history. Order by time requested, times requested, or alphabetically.
Priority request system
Give viewers priority with weighted priority requests. Moderators and streamers can grant priority with weights from 1-10. Priority requests go above normal requests in the queue and can be redeemed even when requests are closed.
Automatic priority
Reward your community without lifting a finger. Set rules for Twitch raids, subs, gift subs, resubs, Bits and channel points rewards that read like sentences, such as "When a raid brings at least 10 viewers, give the raider priority 3". Rules that could never match can't be saved by mistake.
Real-time dashboard
See what's playing now and what's up next, live. Open or close requests, play the next or a random song, and connect the bot without leaving the dashboard. No page refreshes needed, and it works properly on your phone too.
Request history
Track all your requests with complete history. See what songs were requested, when they were played, and how many times each song has been requested. Perfect for analyzing your stream's music trends.
Request settings
Request limits, time limits, the longest song allowed (in minutes and seconds), genre and instrument filters, duplicate prevention, and letting viewers swap their request. Every option comes with a plain explanation, so you know exactly what it does.
Multi-game support
Ouvert supports multiple rhythm games including Clone Hero, Guitar Hero TV (GHTV) Reloaded, Rocksmith 2014, ScoreSpy, and YARG (Yet Another Rhythm Game). Switch between games seamlessly and manage song lists for each game independently.
Chat and on stream
What your viewers see and use.
Chat bot for Twitch and YouTube
The bot runs on our servers and joins your chat when you connect it, taking requests and answering commands. It works in Twitch chat and YouTube live chat. Stream on both and every request lands in the same queue.
Commands and replies
Change the words that trigger each command and edit every reply, with a preview of exactly how it'll look in chat and an Insert menu for the song name, the requester and more. Ouvert warns you if two commands share the same trigger.
Public song list pages
A searchable song library for your viewers: one search box filters as you type, and songs can be sorted by title, artist, most requested or recently added. Viewers sign in with Twitch or YouTube to request, can see their own request, and can see which songs are already queued. A status strip shows whether requests are open and how busy the queue is.
Stream overlays
Stream overlays for the request queue, queue length, request rules, songs on hold, just played, a now playing line, open or closed status, and text-to-speech. Give each one its own colours, font (from 14), text size and details, or pick a one-click preset. Drag an overlay straight into OBS at the right size, and use "Send a test to OBS" to line everything up without waiting for chat.
Request alerts
Pop up an alert on stream whenever someone requests a song, with an optional chime, a choice of entrance and a badge for priority requests.
Text-to-speech
Have each song read out as it starts. Choose from multiple voices, adjust the volume, and test it before going live. Run it from your queue dashboard or as an overlay in OBS.
Running your channel
Help from your mods, your phone, your Stream Deck and a look back at your year.
Moderator management
Add moderators who can help run your request queue. They sign in with their own account and get their own view of your channel, where they can play, hold and remove requests and see your history. They can also grant priority requests from chat. On Twitch, moderators are matched by their Twitch ID, so changing their name doesn't lock them out.
Connected accounts
Sign in with Twitch or YouTube, and link both to one Ouvert account so a single queue, song list and set of settings works across both.
Mobile app
Manage your song requests on the go! Available for both Android and iOS, the Ouvert mobile app lets you view your queue, check bot status, and manage requests from anywhere. More features coming soon!
Stream Deck plugin
Run Ouvert from your Stream Deck: play the next or a random song, open or close requests, hold or remove the current song, clear the queue, connect the bot and switch games. Live keys show your queue length and bot status, and Stream Deck + dials are supported.
Yearly recap
A look back at your year: your top songs, artists and viewers, your busiest month, longest streak and biggest stream, your Recap personality, and how you rank against other Ouvert channels, all compared with the year before. It plays full screen like a story and ends with a card you can save and share. There's an Ouvert-wide Recap too.
